Session 3 will cover:
Factors influencing the production of white, sweet and rosé wines
Riesling, Chenin Blanc, Sémillon/Semillon, Furmint
Examples include: Loire Valley, White Bordeaux, German Riesling, South Africa and Hungary.
Session 4 will cover:
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio/Pinot Gris Gewurztraminer, Viognier, Albariño
Examples include: Burgundy, Italy, Alsace, Languedoc-Roussillon, New Zealand, Spain Chile, and California.
