Sessions 3 & 4

Session 3 will cover Chardonnay and Pinot Noir-You will be able to learn characteristics of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir used in still wine production and the style and quality of wines produced from these grapes in the key wine producing countries and regions of the world.


Examples include Burgundy, Chile, Oregon, California, New Zealand and South Africa.

Session 4 will cover-Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. You will learn characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc used in still wine production and the style and quality of wines produced from these grapes in the key wine producing countries and regions of the world.

Examples include, Bordeaux, Loire Valley, Chile, and California
