Isabelle Chow

Isabelle Chow has worked in the hospitality industry throughout her life. She later studied WSET Level 3 passing with distinction as well as studying both WSET Sake 1 & 3 and is currently studying Diploma. Her passion, elegance, and descriptors of wine enthrall the most avid of enthusiasts, and she completed her certified educator training this year whilst working at Restaurant Rijks as head sommelier. Isabelle will be our main educator and head of our Sake program.
