Sherry Certification Course
This class consists of
2 evenings of sherry madness leading to the certification issued by the Consejo de Vinos de Jerez.
On May 7th & 8th, we will go over the history, vineyard and winemaking practices, wine styles, and tasting.
The exam will be at a later date and will consist of 35 multiple-choice questions.

Sherry is one of the oldest wines, rich with history and diversity. It’s also one of the greatest wine styles to pair with food. Unlike other wines, sherry’s flavour palate doesn’t throw off nuances in food.
