Sherry Certification Course

This class consists of

2 evenings of sherry madness leading to certification issued by the Consejo de Vinos de Jerez.

January 26th and February 2nd, we will go over history, vineyard and winemaking practices, wine styles and tasting.

The exam will be at a later date and will consist of 35 multiple-choice questions.
